MYSTERY SHOPPER APP
Without proper trainings, no company can move forward. This is very true for customer relations as well – with changing offers, technology and techniques involved in day-to-day work of stores, representatives, clerks and so on, it can be hard to manage hundreds and hundreds of training sessions.
There is one true and tested method for checking whether the training took place and was successful – sending in the mystery shopper. That’s why our mobile app development and web app development task revolved around finding a unified, fast and efficient way of managing sales representatives and trainings they conduct. The ordeal is very simple. First, the representative comes to a retail shop and conducts a training about the product using our app using an iPad. About one week after that, a mystery shopper arrives and verifies whether the training was done properly and is being implemented in the store. The results are sent to us, and we compile them into monthly reports, basing on which Sodexo coupons are distributed among the training’s participants.
